The milk chocolate covering on this chocolate is just delicious. My favourites so far are the yoghurt, cornflake and 40% cocoa ones. Lidl’s deluxe speculoos almond mince tarts (£2.49) combine the hugely popular speculoos aka biscoff with almonds and tasty mincemeat and buttery pastry.

They’re pretty good at having some of the german branded chocolate in store, but as lidl isn’t on my regular route i’d not found this particular bar before. I love the idea of cornflakes with chocolate it is a flavour that tales me back to being a child and making cornflake cakes. Ritter sport is famous for its square shape, and in fact recently won a legal battle against milka to protect its iconic shape.
